You will Analyse client behaviour and asses their ability levels Educate clients on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes that support their fitness goals and overall wellbeing Conduct thorough initial fitness assessments to establish client fitness levels, health conditions, and lifestyle choices You will work as part of our Wellness team and will be required to present client progress reports to our Wellness Site Manager Participate in and contribute to community events and activities organised by the company to promote health and fitness Develop and implement wellness programmes that address the specific needs of the community Plan and execute community health fairs, fitness challenges, and other events that promote health and wellness Foster a sense of community among participants, encouraging them to support each other in achieving their health goals Collaborate with local healthcare providers, schools, senior centres, and other organisations to promote health and wellness activities.
