The role

The core components of the role?

• Delivery of Online Physiotherapy assessments and follow-ups.
• Management of your own diary and communications with your patients.
• Contribution to the Online Physiotherapy media content.

The full and exciting components of the role?

• To undertake comprehensive assessments and diagnosis of clients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal pathologies.
• To formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes, ensuring high-quality and effective treatment, specialist advice and aiding recovery to optimal levels.
• Promote the Physiotherapy Service to clients both in professional and social contexts; increasing awareness.
• Take a lead in growing the brand of The Online Physiotherapist, i.e., gaining testimonials, speaking and sharing online, and being active in the social media presence.
• To continually use evidence-based practice to support treatment methods and plans.
• Maintain GDPR and client documentation to reflect care provided and to meet professional standards.
• Write clinical letters/reports for clients as required, for insurance and organisational needs.
• Liaise with insurance companies as required, to enable Physiotherapy treatment.
• Produce and send treatment programmes for clients in a timely manner.
• Ensure client confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in regular CPD.
• Identify any gaps in services to line manager; always seeking excellence, and ensuring best overall delivery.
• Evaluate clinical practice through reflection.
• Openness to ErgoPhysio collaboration.
• Ensure a strong work-life balance.

✅ is highly experienced in delivering online physiotherapy – we’re looking for someone who knows the precise questions to ask, the knowledge of common errors of technique or issues in the rehab journey and able to progress/regress exercise programmes as required.

✅ is technologically adept– we’re looking for someone who effortlessly manages tech in every sense of the word, and seeks to remedy issues independently

✅ is a self-motivated, independent worker – we’re looking for someone who thrives on patient interaction and able to work autonomously

✅ is compassionate– we’re looking for someone who truly understands how challenging their patient’s injury must be to them, and work together to get them back doing what they love

✅ enjoys working under pressure – we’re a busy clinic with a big reputation so we need someone who thrives in this kind of environment – able to manage their time effectively whilst maintaining high standards of care and high touch that we are known for.

Essential:

✅ registered with the HPC (UK registration body)

✅ CSP membership

✅ holds an MSc or BSc in Physiotherapy

✅ has a minimum of 4 years post graduate MSK (UK) experience or at least 18 months post graduate MSK (UK) experience with significant MSK CPD and added experience (e.g., a Pilates qualification, sports club experience or voluntary role)

✅ Inherent belief of Online Physiotherapy effectiveness

✅ Evidence of up-to-date and relevant CPD portfolio
