The role
Deliver high-quality Follow the Rainbow Kids Yoga and Mindfulness classes in nurseries.
- Engage and inspire children through fun, creative and engaging Kids Yoga & Mindfulness classes
- Provide structured, varied, and exciting lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels (lesson plans, playlists and resources will be provided)
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children.

- Ability to make it all about the children
- Training or certification in children’s yoga
- Experience of working with 1 to 4 year olds
- Understanding of the varied needs of children and staff members in nurseries
- Understanding the issues involved in the delivery of quality Kids Yoga & Mindfulness classes
- Understanding the issues of equal opportunities
- Ability to provide and facilitate a safe and inclusive environment
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Sound judgement and common sense
- Sufficient understanding and use of English to ensure the well-being of the children
- Possession of a valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and an up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)Check (we can support and guide you through the process for the latter point).
DESIREABLES
- Experience of delivering Kids Yoga & Mindfulness classes in nurseries or schools
- Appropriate child protection training
- Current Paediatric First Aid Certificate
