The coaching teams at our studios are the face and driving force behind our incredible communities. Your role is all about creating exceptional customer experience within the F45 framework.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibility for coaching world class sessions to the membership base.

Relentlessly executing the highest levels of customer service.

Maintaining the cleanliness of studios and changing rooms.

Monitoring the quality of studio equipment.

Ensuring daily checklists are complete and reported.

Participating in external duties such as community events.

£25/£32.50 per class (£22.50 per class for first three months - probation)

The concept is all based around group classes in a 45 minute window and the programming is split throughout the week across cardio, resistance and hybrid sessions.
