We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team.This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a small group setting and building real relationships with clients.

You’ll need:
- Personal Training qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
- Some PT experience (small group experience preferred)
- A passion for coaching, encouraging, and helping members progress at their own pace
- Reliability, energy, and a positive attitude
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
Your role will include:
- Leading structured small group PT sessions (up to 6 members)
- Supporting members with correct technique, progression, and modifications
- Creating an engaging, safe, and positive training environment
- Being part of a team that genuinely cares about its members

Hours:
- Early mornings & evenings, Monday - Friday
- Saturday mornings

The company
We are a small group personal training gym, based in Tradeston, Glasgow.
We work with busy professionals aged 30-55 years who want to make exercise enjoyable and stress free.
Application process
Successful applicants will be invited to a two stage interview process.
Stage 1: Zoom interview
Stage 2: in person coaching interview where you’ll take our members through a small group training session.
if successful you’ll then be brought onboard on a probationary period.
