The role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness education, sports coaching, and anatomy knowledge to lead engaging and effective fitness classes and get results from 1-1 clients.

  • Take 1-1 personal training clients, write their programmes and adjust as necessary
  • Develop and take fitness classes tailored to the needs and goals of participants
  • Educate members on proper exercise techniques and form
  • Provide motivation and support to help clients achieve their fitness objectives
  • Monitor clients progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness programs
  • Ensure the safety of all members
  • Maintain a clean and organised workout environment
  • Monitor the gym floor while on shift and help members as necessary.
  • Open & Closing of the gym

This is a full-time personal trainer position with 8 hour shifts and you will be required to work alternate weekends. 

What we’re looking for

  • Certification L2/3 Personal training & Fitness Instructor
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
  • Previous experience in sports coaching or personal training is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
  • Personal Training: 1 year (preferred)
