The role
I'm looking for an in-person Personal Trainer in Ruddington, Nottinghamshire that will be based with me and my clients in Ruddington.
What we’re looking for
I'm looking for someone that is will to learn my style and serve my growing client base.
I already have 5 clients ready and waiting for them. The hope is the right person will help me serve more people.
Working model
The goal is to have someone come on board and ultimately have them work full-time as a coach for myself, this initially might involve shadowing and slowly handing you over the clients once trust is built.
Initially the role will be part time personal trainer role in Ruddington, but as you develop more and more, clients, trust and more responsibility will be given making the role more full-time. The faster this process is the better for me.

The company
I work with all abilities, from competing athletes to the 86 year old rehabbing knee surgery. I believe we can use strength as the vehicle to getting into shape, perform better, live healthier and happier lives and even rehab injuries.

Application process
The initial meeting will be a face to face, where i will ask a series of questions. Most of which are just getting to know you, your interests and what ambitions you have now and in the future.
Depending how many applicants apply might involve a second interview.
If successful i'd love an immediate start, which will be a probational period to see if you and my clients Gel well together.
