We’re looking for a Level 2 or 3 Personal Trainer who is more than just fitness-focused; we want someone who brings positivity, warmth, and excitement to every session. This isn’t just a coaching job – it’s an opportunity to transform lives and create lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Be a people-person: Converse with members, match their energy, and bring positivity to their day
- Empathise and adapt: Tailor training sessions to members’ feelings and energy levels while understanding their limits.
- Lead onboarding: Conduct nutritional coaching, talk about accountability, supplement guidance, and education on sleep and stress.
- Deliver assessments: Perform in-body scans, movement screenings, and fitness tests for members.
- Teach and coach: Run small and large group classes, providing expert coaching on exercise technique and program adjustments.
- Communicate effectively: Keep members engaged with regular check-ins outside of sessions, offering guidance in nutrition, lifestyle, and goals.
- Foster community: Be a source of fun, motivation, and support for everyone at the gym.
Your Trial Period
For the first 3–4 weeks, you’ll experience the whole process from a member’s perspective. You’ll participate in sessions, connect with members, and immerse yourself in our community. If you impress us and our members, you’ll secure a coaching spot!

- Qualifications: Level 2 Gym Instructing and 3 Personal Trainer certification (CIMSPA Recognised)
- Experience: A track record of working with people, making them feel valued, and adapting to their needs.
- Energy & Personality: You’re outgoing, empathetic, and always ready to make someone’s day better.
- Knowledge: A good understanding of exercise coaching, programming, and fitness principles.
- Professionalise: Excellent timekeeping, organisation, and communication skills.
