
The role
Join our team at Response Healthcare Group, a leading provider of musculoskeletal health services. We are currently looking for dedicated Physiotherapists to join our Response Physio & Sports Therapy team in Basildon. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised care and rehabilitation services to individuals with acute and chronic injuries. There is also the opportunity to increase the hours your work through additional work at Romford and occupational health work remotely and at local sites.
Responsibilities:– Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a diverse range of injuries.– Develop customized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs to aid in recovery and manage disabilities effectively.– Build strong relationships within the community to enhance the reputation of our brand and advocate for the benefits of physiotherapy, physical fitness, and overall wellness.– Manage administrative duties such as maintaining patient records, handling insurance processes, and assisting with marketing communications.– Educate patients and their families on preventive measures and strategies to improve their conditions.
– Additional work in local areas in occupational heath will be required on an adhoc basis
What we’re looking for
Essential Requirements:
- Possess a valid HCPC registration and CSP membership; a minimum of 3 consecutive years holding HCPC registrations is essential (held since 2021 at least)
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport with patients
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for physiotherapy and its positive impact on individuals’ lives
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Must hold an in date enhanced adult and child DBS certificate
- Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work-related purposes

Working model
Flexible shifts patterns which will include one evening shift up to 07:30pm and one early start of 07:30 am
