The role

Prime health and fitness is looking for two freelance Personal Trainers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct initial consultations to assess clients’ fitness levels, goals, and health conditions.
  • Create personalised workout plans that cater to individual client needs and objectives.
  • Perform regular follow-ups and adjust fitness programmes as needed to ensure client progress
  • Maintain a safe training environment
  • Networking - meetings to get to know other local business people and grow connections
  • Liaise with local Sports Massage Therapists and Nutritionist available for client referral
  • Provide emotional and motivational support to clients, helping them to overcome obstacles and stay committed to their fitness goals.
  • Be punctual for training sessions and manage session duration to maximise effectiveness while respecting clients’ time.
  • Keep accurate records of clients’ progress, including workout logs, health metrics, and session notes.

You don’t need to be a marathon/ultra runner or coach and won’t necessarily want to fly up mountains every weekend, I’ve got those bases covered myself and have a complete mountain leadership team... But it’s cool if you’d like to be involved in those activities

What we’re looking for

  • Level 3 qualification, first aid certificate and valid insurance a non-negotiable requirement

Working model

  • Favourable rent terms with rent cap
  • no minimum session requirement
