What you’ll do:
- Deliver high-quality, consistent swimming lessons to children and adults, in groups or one-to-one.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional poolside presence to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
- Encourage re-enrolments and actively promote additional courses.
- Teach to the standards outlined in our product manual for consistency across all sessions.
- Comply with safeguarding policies and ensure pupil safety at all times.
- Complete and record relevant awards in line with expected standards.
What we’re looking for
- Fully qualified STA Level 2 Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 1 & 2 qualifications.
- Knowledge of health and safety, safeguarding, and child protection policies.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to motivate pupils.
- A positive, friendly, and supportive approach to teaching.
