Female Fitness Instructor Southampton

The role

We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and knowledgeable Female Gym Instructor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fitness programs and the ability to motivate and support our female clientele in achieving their health and fitness goals. In this role, you will be responsible for leading group classes.

You will be expected to create effective, fun, and challenging sessions that incorporate all levels of ability and experience. You will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing form and performance, and providing support and guidance to our members.

Responsibilities:

As an Gym instructor at Fit 4 Her you will be a key part of our enthusiastic, energetic, and motivational team.

Your primary responsibilities will include

• Greet members and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Assist members with the proper use of gym equipment and answer any questions
• Ensure the gym is clean, organised, and equipment is in good working condition
• Monitor the gym floor to ensure safety and provide assistance as needed
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the management team
• Assist with administrative tasks such as membership sign-ups and check-ins
• Promote gym services, classes, and special events to member

• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment and exercises Basic knowledge of social media Previous experience in a gym or fitness-related environment (required) First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
• Level 2  and 3 Qualified in Fitness 

Working model

Hours of work will be from Monday - Friday and some weekend shifts
