We welcome passionate individuals, to assess our Level 3 yoga qualifications. Key Responsibilities: As a Freelance Fitness Assessor, you will: Create an open and rigorous learning environment, fostering comfort and openness among learners. Guide progressive learning, aligning with unit and course objectives. Encourage critical thinking and challenge learners to deepen their knowledge. Ensure each session, communication, or assessment meets its objectives. Recognise the evolving process of development and adapt support accordingly. Adhere to OriGym brand guidelines, policies, and procedures. Uphold excellent standards of presentation and behaviour. Assessor Skills: Facilitate teaching through non-directive questioning, stimulating discussions, and cueing when necessary. Promote problem-solving and critical thinking, encouraging "out of the box" thinking. Foster efficient learning by setting early goals, sensing problems, and promoting self-monitoring. Promote individual learning by helping students develop study plans and improve study methods. Evaluate through reviewing course aims, helping students define personal objectives, and reporting on individual progress. Schedule: 8-hour shift, weekends (9:00 am - 5:30 pm)

The core components of the role? Delivery of Online Physiotherapy assessments and follow-ups. Management of your own diary and communications with your patients. Contribution to the Online Physiotherapy media content. The full and exciting components of the role? To undertake comprehensive assessments and diagnosis of clients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal pathologies. To formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes, ensuring high-quality and effective treatment, specialist advice and aiding recovery to optimal levels. Promote the Physiotherapy Service to clients both in professional and social contexts; increasing awareness. Take a lead in growing the brand of The Online Physiotherapist, i.e., gaining testimonials, speaking and sharing online, and being active in the social media presence. To continually use evidence-based practice to support treatment methods and plans. Maintain GDPR and client documentation to reflect care provided and to meet professional standards. Write clinical letters/reports for clients as required, for insurance and organisational needs. Liaise with insurance companies as required, to enable Physiotherapy treatment. Produce and send treatment programmes for clients in a timely manner. Ensure client confidentiality at all times. Participate in regular CPD. Identify any gaps in services to line manager; always seeking excellence, and ensuring best overall delivery. Evaluate clinical practice through reflection. Openness to ErgoPhysio collaboration. Ensure a strong work-life balance.
