They suddenly have to learn how to run an entire business with accounting, marketing, sales, social media and all the rest taking up the majority of their time and headspace. The coaching roles atFitness Lab aim to remove all the unnecessary tasks so you can focus on being the best at one thing - coaching. Your main priority is nurturing your client base. You must ensure they are expertly managed and looked after whilst providing expert coaching and programming for them to achieve their goals. On top of nurturing your client base you will be expected to support the facility in which you work within and the team through assistance with day-to-day tasks that need to be performed to keep the studio at the highest level, ensuring exceptional client experience is adhered to at all times. Performance Metrics The main aspect you will be reviewed on is customer retention. We do an incredible amount of work in the background to ensure your diary is filled with great clients and quickly. We conduct performance reviews every 6 months with coaches and one of the main focus points will be your retention of clients. You will also be reviewed on your programming, client progress and communication/ admin skills and teamwork. The Role Coaching roles at Fitness Lab are for those who have a growth mindset and want to join a culture of excellence with extremely high standards not often seen within the industry. This isn't just a job, it is a commitment to being the best coach you can possibly be and working towards that everyday. We have two shifts: AM: 6am - 1pm PM: 1pm - 8pm + Saturdays: 8am - 1pm There is no rota or change to your shift times.

The FOH/ Fitness Instructor role is pivotal at City Athletic. This role represents the first impression of the business and leads our popular small group fitness classes. This team member is responsible for the following: Meeting and greeting all club members and guests and creating a welcoming and friendly environment. Cleaning and housekeeping of the club. Be knowledgeable on club information including: equipment, timetable, instructors, pricing, etc. Create a rapport with club members. Sales outreach e.g. leafleting and attending events. Reporting maintenance issues to management. Teach small group classes. Opening and closing the club.
