You will be joining an organization that has treated 500.000 people to date and is continuing to scale up. The Role: The aim of this role is to work with our Tier 3 clinical team to deliver our Tier 3 weight management digital and remote service to patients As a Specialist Dietitian, you will provide high quality, evidenced based, clinical care in line with Oviva’s training protocol and HCPC professional standards You will support patients in an efficient patient centred way, responding to individual patients needs, as well as working as a team, to meet contractual agreements You will work to meet Oviva internal and external contractual key performance indicators (KPIs) which will include clinical outcomes, patient experience and retention metrics You will work to overcome any remote working barriers ensuring great communication and team work with all members of the Tier 3 MDT. You will share patient and programme feedback with your clinical services manager seeking to optimise the programme and Oviva technology platform. You will have the opportunity to attend monthly clinical supervision and weekly clinical sessions in order to upskill and develop whilst in role.You will work closely with: Tier 3 Clinical Services manager to ensure you are set up for success as a Weight management Specialist Dietitian and are meeting the expectations of your role. The Tier 3 multi-disciplinary team (MDT) including weight management dietitians, health coaches, psychological wellbeing practitioners, psychologists, specialist obesity nurses and Oviva obesity physician Patient Services team to support a smooth patient journey from enrolment to discharge The Safeguarding and Compliance Teams to ensure safe and NHS-compliant patient care You will: provide coaching using the Oviva app to clients / patients / users of Oviva’s UK services Utilise expert diet and nutrition knowledge to support patients with a range of evidence-based dietary approaches Given the nationwide reach of our Oviva participant’s, this role requires a keen eye for detail to tailor patient care to specific contractual obligations and offer appropriate local or national support resources Support patients remotely to make positive, practical and sustainable changes to their diet and lifestyle Support medically and psychologically complex patients including those with multiple comorbidities Utilise behavioural change, and motivational techniques, to support the patient through the 12 month programme Be accountable for collecting attendance, satisfaction and outcome data and work with Oviva to provide service evaluation and reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records using Oviva’s secure electronic medical record system Complete mandatory training, Oviva training courses and keep up to date with changes to programme processes Adhere to all Information Governance and data protection regulations in the handling of patient data Be an active member of the MDT. Provide feedback from patient consultations into MDT meetings when indicated; follow Tier 3 medical protocols and liaise closely with the other members of the MDT, prioritising patient safety at all times Safely manage clinical risk incidents, adverse events and out of range readings according to Oviva protocol Follow the Safeguarding and Incident policy at all times Work in an autonomous manner, being responsible for appropriately managing clinical risk when it arises during clinical practice, while having support from team members and clinicians for guidance when required

No two days will ever be the same.  Responsibilities To deliver safe and enjoyable PGL activity sessions (Inc. evening activities) Take accountability for all guests during structured activity sessions Deliver the content of the session to a high standard; focus on basic technique, give individual guidance to ensure that guests realise their potential and gain maximum enjoyment from each session. Ensure sessions are delivered in a safe manner in accordance with the companies normal operating procedures Use equipment in line with training and record any damage or faults. To look after guests outside of structured activity time ensuring that they have the best possible experience Ensure guests receive a friendly welcome upon arrival, conducting induction processes with care and engagement. Communicate regularly with groups throughout their stay to ensure objectives are met. Act as the main point of contact for groups, resolving any issues promptly by coordinating with other departments Organise and entertain groups outside of structured activity sessions, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating their enjoyment throughout their stay. Complete centre specific duties associated with a residential children’s activity centre Complete work tasks, on a scheduled basis, in other departments including catering, housekeeping, facilities and retail. Assist other centres across the PGL estate as required. Residential colleagues may be required to cover an overnight on call emergency assistant shift on a rota basis.
