Take a lead in growing the brand of The Online Physiotherapist, i.e., gaining testimonials, speaking and sharing online, and being active in the social media presence. To continually use evidence-based practice to support treatment methods and plans. Maintain GDPR and client documentation to reflect care provided and to meet professional standards. Write clinical letters/reports for clients as required, for insurance and organisational needs. Liaise with insurance companies as required, to enable Physiotherapy treatment. Produce and send treatment programmes for clients in a timely manner. Ensure client confidentiality at all times. Participate in regular CPD. Identify any gaps in services to line manager; always seeking excellence, and ensuring best overall delivery. Evaluate clinical practice through reflection. Openness to ErgoPhysio collaboration. Ensure a strong work-life balance.
