Provide personalised progressive training plans to clients centred around client ability and environment, keeping them up to date in a timely manner, in line with company processes. Educate clients on relevant nutrition, training, mindset, habit and lifestyle factors that will benefit them, in a way they can understand and implement. Identify present and foreseeable problems with clients and provide remedies on how to solve them. Be committed to continued professional development to stay up to date with best practices.
